OXYGEN: Oxygen is a small, high quality firm focusing on senior executive appointments.  We offer the personal attention of a Director on each assignment and work for only a small number of clients in any one sector - ensuring as much access to candidates and as few off-limits conflicts as possible.

The firm was founded in 2000 in the belief that, even in an overcrowded recruitment marketplace, there would be room for a firm with a philosophy based on quality, professionalism and personal service.  We work in partnership with our clients and each assignment has the direct involvement of one or more Directors from initiation through to conclusion.  We engage with our clients to challenge their thinking to deliver the best possible result.

PEOPLE: Established by Ian Lloyd, Emily Heller (both ex-Odgers) and Valerie Fairbank (from CCG), all of whom have extensive search experience, working with clients across a wide range of industry sectors, both in the UK and internationally.  Fiona Makowski (ex-Korn Ferry and Whitehead Mann) and Simon Bailey (ex-Whitehead Mann) joined the firm in 2006.  The Oxygen team includes a highly experienced Research Team.
