David Gallagher

David is President of Oxygen in the US. His recruiting experience spans most aspects of the consumer products, food service, hospitality, leisure, retail, and entertainment industries. A significant part of his practice is internationally focused and often includes managing multi-country assignments for clients ranging from emerging growth enterprises to Fortune 100 corporations. He focuses on finding senior level executives for a diverse array of domestic and international clients. Specific assignments include Board members, Chief Executive Officers, COOs and senior executives across all functional areas, including general management, marketing, sales, finance, human resources and development. David has more than 25 years of professional corporate experience as a general manager, consultant and senior partner. He worked as Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Coca-Cola Fountain Division and Vice President, Sales, Pepsi Cola Company. He also served as a Board Member of the International Food Service Manufacturers Association. He has been active in executive search since 1990 and was Managing Partner of Boyden Global Executive Search, Consumer Products Practice Leader and a member of the firm's Board of Directors, prior to joining Oxygen. David has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Charleston and served in the United States Army in Southeast Asia as a Company Commander.
