Emily Heller

Emily Heller has more than 18 years experience in executive search, working with clients in a diverse range of industries. She conducts assignments at group and divisional levels for a variety of functions (with a particular emphasis on General Management, Sales, Marketing, HR, HSE and IT roles) focusing on senior level appointments for UK and international clients in the Consumer & Retail (with a particular strength in the Food sector) and Business & Professional Services sectors. Emily combines her professional experience in the retail sector (wine trade, fashion retail and, most recently, with ASDA) with her expertise in executive recruitment gained over many years at Odgers, where she led the Consumer & Retail Practice.
