A Cranfield MBA, Emily Heller focuses on senior level assignments for UK and international clients in the Consumer & Retail and Business & Professional Services sectors.  Appointments include Executive, Non-Executive and head of function roles, with a particular emphasis on General Management, Sales, Marketing, HR and IT roles.

 

Her professional experience was in the retail sector – most recently in marketing and customer communications for ASDA.  Her early experience in executive recruitment was in the IT sector, where she handled international appointments.  She subsequently led the Consumer & Retail Practice at Odgers.

 

With 15 years experience in executive search she has worked for clients in a diverse range of industries, conducting assignments at both main board and divisional levels for a variety of functions.  She was a founding Partner of Oxygen in 2000.
