Ian Lloyd

Ian founded Oxygen in 2000. He focuses on Board and Senior Executive appointments for UK and international clients in Industry, Retail Financial Services, Consumer & Retail and Sport & Leisure sectors. He recruits Chairmen and Non-Executive Directors for quoted companies and works across a variety of functional areas, including General Management, HR, Finance and Marketing. Ian draws on a wealth of experience gained through over 20 years in executive search and human resource management. He began his HR management career with Massey Ferguson and developed his expertise further as HR Director of both Alfred Dunhill and Grindlay's Bank. He then moved into the field of recruitment consultancy with MSL and gained senior international experience running offices in Continental Europe, the Middle East and North America. On his return to UK, he was appointed Managing Director of Odgers, where he led the business through a successful period of growth, change and development.
