Oxygen is a boutique partnership, specialising in high quality senior executive search both in the UK and the US.The partnership was founded in 2000 on a philosophy of professionalism and exceptional personal service. We ensure that every client enjoys the personal attention of an Oxygen Partner on each assignment, from initiation right through to conclusion. We work for only a small number of clients in any one sector. We engage with our clients, we challenge their thinking and we always deliver the best possible results.
We are a specialist group of eight partners supported by a highly experienced research department. Our focus is on senior level roles in the US and UK - at Board level, Non-Executive Directors and Senior Executive positions in the field of general management, human resources, finance, M&A, customer experience, sales, marketing, operations and IT.
