Valerie Fairbank was one of the founding partners of Oxygen in 2000.  She focuses on senior level search assignments including Executive and Non-Executive Directors and senior functional roles, particularly in HR and Diversity.  She works across a range of sectors in the UK and internationally including Retail Financial Services, Professional & Business Services, Real Estate and Oil & Gas.

 

Prior to joining Oxygen, she was a Partner with CCG where appointments included Executive and Non-Executive Directors, Partners in professional firms and Heads of Function.

 

Her earlier career was with KPMG Consulting where she was a Partner leading the executive search and selection business and also directed consulting assignments in Executive Remuneration, Organisation and Diversity.  She started her career in Human Resources.  Valerie is a graduate in English and Philosophy and an MBA.
